I have no information about this medication, and it does not seem to be
available in Canada (CPS 1997), at least as it is written.  However, the
mother should ask the obstetrician on what basis s/he says this.  Being
safe (or conservative) is urging mothers to continue breastfeeding,
since the risks of not breastfeeding are known, whereas the risks of the
medications are often theoretical or speculation.
