Protein rich snack @h.s. e.g. popcorn, brown ricewith miso, bread
&Tahini before going to sleep.Increase iron and Vitamin B1&B6.Drink
a cup of anise or fennel seed tea when you wake up or add 1 tsp. of
apple cider vinegar in 8 ozs. of warm water first thing in the morning.
