Victoria:  You poor woman.  It's hard enough to promote bf, but to have
natural allies cutting you down, that's horrible.  We have at least one
IBCLC relatively local who fits your description.  She's hospital based, so
she typically only sees moms post partum.  However, occassionally she runs
head to head with a LLLL, physician or other nurse about some "newly"
revised bf guidelines.  I have actually received calls from MDs who have
asked me to correct this woman's information (ie. they said "Can't you do
something about her?)  She has not kept up with current literature (and I
mean things as basic as  moist wound healing).  I'd be interested in
hearing what others have done.
