Your list of oils appears to be "safe" provided that they are organically
grown and not adulterated...remember, I neighbor spraying his/her garden
will contaminate yours too. However, fennel and thyme should be removed
from your list of suppressors. They are actually galactogoges. Sage,
peppermint, spearmint, lemon balm, oregano, and cabbage leaves can all be
incorporated into a pressed oil (cold pressed or hot) to make suppressor
oils. Do you have a wine press? They work great for this.
