I double checked with the University of Utah "Pregnancy Riskline"
and *I was mistaken*.
 > The infant jitteriness and sleeplessness were with regards to some
questionable Prozac case studies.
 > The mention of serum levels was from Toronto's "Mother Risk."
According to Pregnancy Riskline they have measured concentrations of
Paxil in *breastmilk* not the babies' blood, that approached mothers'
serum levels.
The overall recommendation was that Paxil is compatible with
breastfeeding.
Please forgive me for breaking the rules in my first post. I
think I'll go back to "listening."
