Our 2 1/2 year old son has 7 stitches closing a cut just below his
nose.  This is a convenient location for an occasional squirt of our
favorite living liquid (!), and the cut is healing very nicely.  I'm
aware of the use of breastmilk to treat eye infections, but has anyone
done research testing its efficacy as a treatment for skin wounds?
