Gee, when we want to say that prematures need to get fortified (actually
diluted) breastmilk, we say there is not enough stuff, including sodium
in it and that's why we mix breastmilk with that other stuff.  When we
want to find another reason not to allow breastmilk, we say there are
too many electrolytes in breastmilk.  Which is it?  Actually, breastmilk
is just right for premies, asphyxiated or not.
