E-mail the IBLCE Office in the USA at  <[log in to unmask]> with your
postal mailing address and they will mail the Candidate Information
Guide and 1997 Application Booklet.  There was a discount closing
date at the end of March ($25 cheaper) and the next closing date is
the end of April.  After that there is a hefty late fee for 2 weeks
into May. The exam itself is on Monday 28 July 1997.
