Patricia:  I think you're referring to Dr. Alfredo Pisacane (a real gem of
a doc and person).  He was not only extremely knowledgable about iron and
the timing of solids research (he's published mounds of articles), but also
so welcoming of babies and humor at his sessions.  It really set the stage
for positive feelings (which meant that most of the babies were quiet as
could be with relaxed moms instead of tense moms having to shush their
little ones and leave the CERPs).
