I have seen excellent results under breasts and in skin folds of
larger women (particularly in the 'heat' of pregnancy) with USP
modified lanolin. It clears up heat rash and serves as a barrier
protection for the skin. This makes more sense to me than powder of
any kind, which just absorbs the moisture and holds it there.
