   i was delighted to read that you have resolved (somewhat ) what is
happening with this mom

   the ductal structure is so small that what can happen in the swelling, in
this case the plug, creates so much pressure on the other ducts that milk can
not flow. cabbage, or cool compress' reduces the swelling enough for fluid to
flow.
