Hi all.  Just a note on the virus threat that is currently
circulating....called AOL4Free.

Folks, this is not a virus.  Email cannot transmit viruses to your computer,
so before anyone send this trash  to Lactnet, I thought I'd head you off at
the pass. If you get a note like that, ditch it.  The virus IS the fact that
people unknowingly send this junk to everyone they know, and the message
being distributed everywhere is the problem.
