Please do not do any more bilirubins.  If the baby is fine and gaining
well, there is no reason to worry about the bilirubin.  If you want to
get really nervous about the whole thing:

rule out urinary tract infection (unlikely)
rule out congenital hypothyroidism (baby is not constipated, but not
impossible)
rule out hemolysis

If none of these things exist and the urine is not full of bile, forget
the jaundice reassure the mother, and forget the bilirubins.
