Dear Lactneters:

I have a friend who is anticipating adopting a baby in the next few months,
and she is interested in breastfeeding this baby. She has had previous
pregnancies, but was not lucky enough to carry any past 20 weeks.

I am seeking any information you may have on inducing lactation for adoptive
nursing. I have searched the archives and found some information, but am
looking more for specific protocols, pumping regeimes, tips, journal
references, etc. (rather than anectdotal information) that might help us
make this possible.
