Just heard from a mother who weaned her baby at 4.5 mos because her
episiotomy would not heal, and her ob told her it was because of her low
estrogen production due to bf.  (Couldn't have been a deficiency in his
sterile technique while performing the repair...)  Aargh.  Comments,
Jack?
