Vitamin E is still NOT recommended because, as you said, there is a risk
of accummulation. Vitamin E is fat soluble and therefore toxicity would
not usually be apparent for quite some time, unless the baby's liver was
compromised (premie, jaundiced, excessive drugs in preg or labor).
