Accepted therapy for Lyme disease includes the following:

Amoxicillin 500 mg TID for 21 days
Doxycycline 100 mg BID for 21 days
Cefuroxime axetil 500 mg bid for 21 days
Azithromycin 500 mg daily for 7 days
