I am bit behind on my digests but thought I'd add my .02.  I started using
bm for nose drops with my 2 month old because she is congested almost every
night.  Ped thinks it's small nasal passages, but anyway... the saline was
getting annoying to mix up every night so I started just hand expressing a
few drops into a medicine cup.  After a while I got tired of washing out that
cup so I just hand express into my hand and putting a small amount into each
nostril with a bulb syringe (nose sucker-type).  Then I just suck it right
back out.  I sit her up and she usually sneezes in a few minutes and clears
her head out enough to sleep again.
  I think it works well and she doesn't whip her head back like she did with
saline - it's the right temp and doesn't taste funny!
