Diane:  Liz Baldwin, JD--legal council for LLLI--has several articles
posted on a branch of the LLLI web site.  Go to that site and link to the
law pages.  The entire articles are there outlining how to work out
visitation plans so that the child's best interests are maintained.  If you
have last year's January New Beginnings (LLLI 1996) it contains a great
article by Liz.
