I have seen one known anorexic who breastfed.  She did very well.  I
have seen an awful lot of women, though, who looked as if they were
anorexic, but did not admit to it.  Nevertheless, the ones that come to
mind, did very well.

Some mothers do get nauseated when the letdown occurs.  I usually
reassure them that this will pass, and it does, after a few weeks.
