Reglan is metoclopramide and is marketed in Canada as Maxeran. Far
superior to metoclopramide as a prolactin stimulant is domperidone
(*not* Dom Perignon) because it has far fewer side effects. Domperidone
is available in France, I am almost certain. The US is probably the
*only* country in the world where it is not available.
Zantac is ranitidine, and, as far as I know has nothing to do with
breastfeeding, except a lot of physicians say a mother cannot breastfeed
while taking it. Wrong!!.
