Willow,
Often, when a mother complains of continued hip and knee joint pain,
I ask her to talk about her delivery.  Birth attendants can, at the
time of pushing, become very aggressive in pulling a mother's legs
back and forcing them apart ("knees to the ears").

Here we go again. If we don't understand it, or don't want to accept
responsibility for it, let's blame BREASTFEEDING!
