I've been working with a group of LC's, administrators and one MD from the
greater metro areas of Utah (SLC area) to draw up some bf guidelines at the
corporate level, to be put into place at the various hospitals.  There's no
power to mandate, only to suggest.

Quick!  Tell me what you did that you would change if you had the chance!
I rarely get the chance to have hindsight beforehand, and I could sure
