Dr. Stepan,

Yes, just another day, but if you do not mind me amending your report
somewhat.  The 5 day old was not exclusively breastfeeding.  The baby
was exclusively eating nothing.  That's the problem.  It does not mean
the mother does not have enough milk, it means the baby is not getting
the milk that is there.  Because even with little milk, the baby should
not get that bad. (See my article on dehydration in the JHL June 1996)
