I just wanted to comment on this -- my sister in law was, at one time, a
malpratice attorney. (prior to a major car accident and long term
disabilty -- but that's another story) Anyway, according to her the
PDR is indeed the ultimate authority in a court of law. The drug companies
are saying what the drug is good for and what the side effects are, and
they are held accountable in a court of law for what they have said.

Right or wrong, this is what she told me.
