Thicker consistency may stay down better. *Could try decreasing thinner
foremilk intake and increasing Thicker hindmilk intake*, ie: longer nursing
on first breast first, with massage towards end of feeding on that side to
get as *much hindmilk* in as possible. If mom has overabundant supply could
pump off some foremilk pre-feeding.
