Hi Kathy,
We have a local hospital that vigorously markets the PNS to pregnant
moms.  I have not seen a mother be successful at maintaining a milk
supply for a non-breastfeeding baby, premie or not, with this machine.
Unfortunately, since they spent $200 on this pump, they are often
hesitant to then rent a hospital grade pump.  The few mothers who did
rent one (I rent Ameda Egnell lact-e's) were pleased with the difference
and able to rebound their supply somewhat.
