One technique I found helpful with long-term leaking isa gentle pressure
applied the forearm at the first sign  of a onset.  I teach this techniqu
to my LLL group Moms, its easy and unobtrusive.  Have the mom put her
hand too her chin with the forearm gently pressing on the breast.
Subtle bu effective.
