I would think if she could get a half ounce the other day she should be
able to produce a half ounce on subsequent days.  Barring a stressfull
lifestyle or neighbors (ie. loud music etc) then it sounds like a buried
feelings issues to me.  Although I'm open to other ideas.
  It may be non-offensive to her to ask her if there may be any
unresolved issue(s) from the past involving her breasts.  Since it may
be difficult for her to recall on a conscious level you could suggest,
before asking the question, to allow the first thing that pops into her
head to not be dismissed.
