Well, I would like to thank everyone who had comments private or to the
list. There are many different opinions on post weaning breast
changes. Unfortunately, some med professionals still choose to blame bf
for a very normal affect of gravity. I do believe however, that
lacatation can take a severe toll on some women. Unfortunately, I am
one of those women. While I do not regret EVER bfing my children, I am
glad that I had no information on severe involution and sagging caused
by excess skin or I may not have even tried to bf. In my case, FYI,
before children I was a 34B, between children I was a 36B, while bfing I
was a 38D......now the good part....1.5+ years post weaning I am down to
a 34 almost AA. This is a huge difference in a very small amount of
time. I find that my "undesired affect" has been caused by too much
excess skin and scarring left over from the many, and I mean many,
stretch marks on my breasts. I did consider surgery at one time but
now have just decided......"At least I don't have to wear a bra for the
first time in years!" ;) Everything has it's advantages ;)

While this has happened to me personally, I would not mention to bfing
prospects unless they specifically asked about those possibilities. I
do think that all of the trashing bfing has been getting about taking
it's toll on the body should be corrected, but how I am not sure. Any
suggestions?
