          there are a number of possibilities....

                  a) no one told them....

                  b) they do not read "our literature"

                  c) if they read "our" literature they would not believe it
as the data is not published in "their" literature...

                   d) it is in their? they missed that issue! they were on
vacation! they don't know the author! they can't pronounce his nam so what
can he know anywhay! they don't believe it ...

             you may pick any of the answers that  you are most comfortable
with and then RUN to your nearest dentist and try to selll "our" side....
