This is purely anectdotal.  Twelve years ago I breastfed my son less than 20
minutes after his birth by ceasarean section.  This was in Norway.

This child weaned from the breast on his fifth birthday.  He is now 12 and
so far I have seen no ill efects of his receiving any medications through my
breastmilk.
