Of course it is appropriate to discuss by-laws over Lactnet.  Why
wouldn't it be.  Hang in there LC's.  Democracy in action.

I should say that I am appalled that the bylaws may be changed so that
there would be a possibility of taking money from formula companies,
bottle companies and nuk companies.  If ILCA does not uphold the WHO
Code, who do we expect to uphold it?  These are issues which should be
discussed and discussing them over Lactnet is no more inappropriate
than discussing them over the phone with another ILCA member.
