Hi Kathleen,
I received my copy of the ILCA Globe this week, in an envelope,
mailed in the US. No country on the address, but someone had marked
it "foreign" - try Australia".  Risky way to mail. Some mail to
Tasmania ends up in Tanzania. Is this what happened to the JHL I did
not receive last year - ILCA did not even respond to my letter of
complaint.
