My old pediatrician told me this when he found out I was still nursing my 18 month old:

"WHAT?? You're still NURSING??  You have to stop NOW or you will STUNT HIM PHYSICALLY AND INTELLECTUALLY!!!!"  (He might not have been actually shouting, but it was definately much louder than a normal converstation)
