Evonne,
There is a wide range of normal in LAM.  There are exclusively bf, night
nursing women who menstruate at 6 weeks postpartum, and others who do not
menstruate for several years.  THe longest a woman in my practice has
gone is over 3 years, she was bf twins and they practiced co-family
sleeping and frequent night nursing.
