I've seen ads by UNICEF a number of times on CNN International.  While I was really
happy to see an ad promoting breastfeeding, I wonder why the women shown are all
from third world countries.  This gives the impression that bf is only an issue
for poor populations.  I'd like to see UNICEF/WHO put more emphasis in their
material on worldwide bf.  Any comments?  Susan in Ranana, Israel
