Has sudden severe neck pain. Has been prescribed
She's not comfortable with idea of

I strongly recommend that she see a chiropractor or physical or occupational
therapist (get recommedations). The meds, whether or not they are
compatible with breastfeeding, will just treat the symptoms and this pain
was caused by something, which should be resolved. The above practitioners
can, most likely, relieve the cause and the pain rapidly.
