Your client's nipples and aerola look a lot like one of my clients
recently. When "yeast" does not respond to good medication, I tend to
doubt the first diagnosis... For my client, I suggested that she finishes
her third (!) course of diflucan, but that she starts cortisone ointment
on her nipples: eczema IS a dianosis option, and yeast "takes" better on
an irritated skin, such as a skin with eczema. I usually urge my clients
to get me posted on the results, and she has not called me back since
(which is kind of a good sign).
Eczema of the nipple... Makes women miserable too...
