Is this mom a primip -- i.e. has she breastfed before? Was she an
infertility patient? We often find that women who have difficulty
conceiving, may have difficulty lactating.
I'm assuming you've found no problems with latch-on, suck, infant oral
anatomy, etc.
Check out hormone levels.
In the meantime, put baby at breast with a supplemental device, continue
with pumping, and give mom a diet to increase milk production.
