Hi. You cannot subscribe another person to Lactnet.  That is a command that
can only be done by listowners with command listserv capabilities.  However,
you can send the person instructions on how she/he may subscribe themselves.
If you have lost them, please do a

GET LACTNET WELCOME

to [log in to unmask]

and then forward that to the person.  Please, also use titles in your notes
to lactnet.
