Yes she can breastfeed while taking ciproflaxicin.  There was concern
because animal studies showed articular injury in fetuses exposed to
ciproflaxicin in utero.  However, during pregnancy is not during
breastfeeding.  Furthermore, more recent autopsy studies done on
children dying with cystic fibrosis who had been on large doses of
ciproflaxicin, sometimes for years, showed no articular damage.

Do not pump and dump.  Aargh!!
