From your description of the mother and her problems I really don't think
that WHAT to put in the bottle is the issue.  In my opinion what the
mother needs is some psychological counseling, preferably from a woman
who has nursed her own babies (maybe that way the counselor would not be
in such a hurry to prescribe medication.)  It would not be out of line
for you to help the mom arrange for a pump trial, if possible, but I
doubt if ease of expressing milk is really the issue here.
