Chris-
the first thing I would do is encourage the guests to LEAVE for a nearby
motel. Secondly, I think you are on the right track with the Haberman.
 Third, I also would be really concerned about a baby who never seems to
alert after 11 days. Ask the mom if the baby ever has an alert state. Is is
in the middle of the night when mom is really sleepy and can't get it
together  but this baby is an owl (has nights and days mixed up)? If not,
some loud and clear noise at the Pediatrician or Family practice doc is
called for. Remember the first rule (I don't remember whose it was, but I saw
it here and it made sense) FEED THE BABY.
