Betty:  We have to remember that health care professionals who see
pathology only have the numerator, not the denominator.  In other words,
if she sees children with healthy teeth, she may not know whether or not
they are nursing (she may not ask, mothers may have gotten a sense that
she frowns on the practice and therefore don't tell her, perhaps mothers
who nurse toddlers don't even take their kids to dentists as regularly,
etc).  IMHO, her conclusions are not valid without all the data.  Alicia.
