Does the baby *really* have thrush?  Have some of you actually seen thrush
that's only on the tongue and roof of the mouth?  Every time a mother shows me
what she thinks is thrush on the roof of the mouth what's actually there are
Epstein's Pearls on the hard palate.  I've had mothers treat "thrush" for weeks
trying to get rid of a white tongue when there are no other symptoms.  Some
babies just have white tongues!

Did this mother have symptoms that led her/you to suspect yeast?  If not, I'd
doubt the diagnosis if the inside of the cheeks and the inside of the lips is
completely clear.
