The recent posts about nipple piercing remind me to mention a friend (from
Sweden) who had reduction at age 15.  She showed me the scars which went
*completely* around each nipple.  She breastfed both her children for about
4-5 months each.  Do Swedish surgeons know more about not damaging milk ducts
during breast surgery? or am I missing something here?
