I am also a survivor of sexual abuse, and usually don't mind saying so,
because it is not my shame to bear (in other words, it wasn't MY fault).
There are many issues that survivors have to deal with in having a baby-
the pregnancy, birth, postpartum, mothering and breastfeeding.  There is
an email support group (much like lactnet) that just discusses these
