     unfortunately like so many things there is a WIDE range of normal...
explain to mom's that as there is a wide rage to normal what is important is
that pumping be comfortable.. if it is not comfortable they will not let
down.

      the pump company is just that.. a company manufacturing a product...
they are not practicioners working with mothers...

      one thing that may help is to make labels to pump onto the pump... do
not increase suction form minimum if it is uncomfortable... something simple
that get the message across and then afix to all hospital pumps...
