The Oregon State WIC Policies allow local programs to re-use manual
breast pumps.  Instructions are given for cleaning and autoclaving the
pumps per the manufacturer's instructions.  The policy was approved by
our state public health lab.

In snowy (and soon to be flooding) Portland....
